The core

1. Writing the listing. A bar appears on Vinted's own sell form. Press Fill in, and the title and description arrive written, from your photos and the fields you already chose. You read it, change what you want, and publish yourself.

Category, brand, size, condition, color, and material are treated as facts Flogit may not contradict. The photos fill the gaps: measurements, color, the flaw. No hashtags, no brand but the one you selected, and no invented measurements.

2. Relisting what has gone quiet: Vinted's search shows newer listings first, so a good item sinks out of sight while it is still for sale. Flogit finds the ones nobody has looked at in a month and puts them back in front of shoppers, with the same photos, the same price, and the same words. It tells you which ones are worth it: listed a long time, and barely looked at since.

One at a time, and capped every month on every plan, including the top one. Relisting is delete and recreate, so it is treated as the careful action it is: a button you press, never a sweep that runs for you.

3. Selling the same listing somewhere else · Mogul Listing a thing twice means photographing it once and typing it out twice. Flogit takes the listing that is already on Vinted and fills in the other site's form for you: photos, category, condition, price, and copy rewritten for that site rather than pasted across. Then it stops and waits, because you press the publish button on the other site as well.

Wallapop is built and working end to end. A board shows every item, and where it is live, so you can filter to what is only on Vinted and send those. And when something sells on one side, it offers to deal with the other, which is the thing that usually goes wrong: selling the coat on Wallapop, forgetting the Vinted copy, and someone buying a coat you no longer have. Taking a Vinted listing down is offered as hiding, which is reversible, never as deleting.

4. Improving a listing that already exists. The same, for what is already published. It rewrites the title and description of a stale listing without touching it until you say so.

5. Market price: It searches Vinted for pieces genuinely like yours and shows the median, the low, the high, and the sample size. You see the actual listings, so you can judge the match yourself, and a marker shows where your price sits in the spread.

It filters by category and condition before calculating anything, because Vinted's search is loose and a handful of cheap mismatches drags the median down and costs you real money. If the sample gets too small, it says so instead of guessing.

6. Inventory with the true margin: Every item in one table, with the cost you paid, Vinted's fee, postage, and boosts subtracted. Filters, bulk edits, SKU, notes. A missing cost is shown as missing, never counted as zero.

What you touch on every sale

7. Sales: The real date the money reached your balance, not the sale date, which is not the same thing. Margin after everything. Bundles expand into the items they contained, rather than "Bundle of 4". CSV export.

8. Offers: All your open offers in one list, with a suggested counter from your margin floor or the market median, your choice. The counter is clamped three ways: under your listing price, over their offer, never through your floor.

On bundles, the discount is spread line by line, and it names the item that goes underwater, because your items do not share a margin. It also shows the offers you accepted that the buyer never paid for, which Vinted does not tell you.

9. Messages: beside every conversation, whether they have bought from you before, how much they have spent, what the order was worth, and what they actually paid. A reply drafted in the language they wrote to you in, sitting in the box, editable and unsent. Translate a conversation and switch back to the original. Filters for unread, offers, customers and bundles.

No message has ever been sent on anyone's behalf. The button is yours.

What you do in batches

10. Photos from your phone · Side Hustle and up: A QR code on the sell form. You shoot with your phone, and the pictures arrive on your computer as you take them. Erased the moment your computer has them, and the link dies after 15 minutes whether you use it or not.

11. Photo editor and shop look: brightness, contrast, saturation, warmth, zoom, rotate, background, pad to square. And a shop look: the same framing and the same border on every photo, so a buyer landing on your wardrobe sees one shop rather than forty photos taken on different days. Your originals are never touched.

12. Shipping labels: Vinted's own label opens from the conversation or the sale, one click instead of the usual hunt. Flogit keeps you a copy without being asked, because Vinted deletes the label the moment the parcel is delivered and that window is the only one there is. Tracking code, a link to the carrier, and several labels in a single PDF to print in one go.

13. Packing slip and sale record: A sheet for the parcel: who it is from and to, what is in the box, the totals and a thank-you, carrying your shop's name and not ours, printed in the buyer's language. Plus a record of the sale you can file or hand to an accountant.

What you open once a week

14. Statistics: Revenue and margin over time, sales rhythm, sell-through, and a map of where your things go. Today, yesterday, this month, this year.

15. Customers · Trader and up. Your transactions joined up into people, so the buyer who has come back four times is visible. How many orders, how much in total, how long ago. The review they left sits next to their name, and Vinted's automatic five stars are marked as automatic, because they say nothing about anybody. Ranked by money and by country.

16. Money and tax · Trader and up Cost per item, expenses, a yearly profit and loss report as a PDF you can hand to an accountant, and a running count against your own country's DAC7 threshold. Being reported is not the same as owing tax, and the page says so. This is not tax advice.

What only exists when you need it

17. Dispute evidence · Side Hustle and up Photograph the item's condition before it ships, and it is recorded with a timestamp, in your browser, uploaded nowhere. If a return turns into a dispute, you export a printable report with the images embedded.

18. Sourcing estimate On any Vinted item page, a small pill estimates the resale value from comparable listings, and the rough margin if you bought it to resell. Read-only, and only when you click.

19. Work list: A "deal with this" list that survives closing the panel. Mark the items, filter to them, work through them.

20. Holiday mode: Vinted buries it under Settings, Account and a scroll. Flogit puts the same switch in its own sidebar, confirms before hiding your shop, and switches back off instantly.

Underneath all of it

21. Notifications: counters in the menu for sales, messages, offers and channels, and a sound when a sale lands. One orders request and one inbox request every two minutes, and only while the panel is open.

22. Backup: Export everything as one file: inventory, sales, costs, offers, evidence, settings. Import it on another computer and carry on. The file never passes through us. On every plan, including the one that costs nothing.

23. The settings that matter: The pace Flogit talks to Vinted at, which you can slow down further. Country and currency. Your margin floor. Your counter-offer strategy. Your reply templates, written by you, with the buyer, item and price filled in.

24. Several accounts on one computer. Sign into a different Vinted account, and the previous one's data is archived rather than destroyed, and this one's is brought back. Nothing crosses between two shops on one machine.

25. Where your numbers live: In your browser. There is no account to create, no email, and no copy of your shop on our servers. What leaves your computer is a short list: the text of a listing when you ask for help writing it, a search phrase for the comparisons, and the photos, if you use photo autofill or phone upload. Never your inventory, your sales, or your margins.
